Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Beaverton, OR is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join a patient-focused team delivering preventive and therapeutic care. You will perform periodontal assessments, radiographs, and maintain comprehensive patient records while educating patients on oral health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate degree or higher).
• Current Oregon Dental Hygienist License.
• Nitrous Oxide Permit.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, therapeutic, and maintenance dental hygiene services.
• Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention.
• Perform periodontal assessments, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
• Document patient care and treatment plans.
• Partner with dentists and dental team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
