Job summary

Gentle Dental in Bakersfield, CA is hiring part-time dental hygienists to join our team and support patient care with a wellness-focused approach.

We offer pay ranging from $50 to $55 per hour, with bonuses based on production, and benefits including EAP, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, CE credits, malpractice coverage, and a referral bonus program. Current state license or ability to obtain one is required.

• Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College.
• Current State Dental License or ability to acquire by time of employment.

We offer the following benefits for Part Time employees:

Pay is a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total comp in the range of $50 - $55 per hour.

Position Qualifications:

• Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
