Gentle Dental in Bakersfield, CA is hiring part-time dental hygienists to join our team. We offer a compensation model that blends hourly pay with production bonuses, aiming for total earnings of $50–$55 per hour.

Qualified candidates will have an Accredited Hygiene program, a current California dental license (or ability to obtain), and CPR/local anesthesia credentials. We provide benefits including life/AD& D, long-term disability, 401k, CE credits, and more.
