Job summary

Elite Dental Center in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team by providing high levels of patient care and satisfaction within a friendly, team-based environment.

You will perform routine cleanings, assessments, and patient education, while adhering to sterilization protocols and maintaining accurate records. We offer competitive pay ($60–$65/hr), a sign-on bonus where applicable, and benefits including a 401(k) plan with company match and EAP.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a RDH
• Certification: Local anesthesia and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
