Ballston Dental Arts in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. You will provide routine cleanings, assessments, and patient education in a warm, team-based environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($63-$66) with a monthly bonus potential, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Active state RDH license required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
