Job summary

ForwardDental Appleton is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist for a full-time position, with a Mon-Thu 7:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule and no late nights or weekends. Bi-weekly hourly pay includes a Daily Pay option and opportunities for daily and quarterly bonuses.

You’ll join Heartland Dental’s support network, receive strong benefits including UnitedHealthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, and Wellness programs, plus mentorship to advance your clinical skills.

Schedule- Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-5:00PM

NO LATE NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS!

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • Open to new grads or seasoned hygienist.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
  • As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
