Desert Springs Dental in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join a 1-doctor practice. This full-time role offers a schedule Monday–Wednesday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday 6:45 AM–2:00 PM, with occasional extended hours.

We use Dentrix and provide opportunities for daily and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include UnitedHealthcare PPO health care, 401(k), paid holidays, dental, vision, wellness programs, CE coverage, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Arizona RDH license required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.

Desert Springs Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 5656 S Power Rd Ste 142, Gilbert,Arizona85295

Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Thursdays 6:45 AM - 2:00 PM; every last Wednesday of the month must be able to work until 7:00 PM

1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
