Colorado Northwestern Community College is seeking a Dental Hygiene Program Director to oversee the AAS and BAS programs on the Rangely Campus, including faculty supervision, curriculum development, program evaluation, and CODA accreditation compliance.

The role also covers budget management, recruitment initiatives, and maintaining high academic and clinical standards, while advising students and coordinating with college offices.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Dental Hygiene or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene or related field from an accredited institution (minimum requirement).
• Current Colorado Post-Secondary CTE Credential or eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for the AAS Dental Hygiene and BAS in Dental Hygiene programs.
• Assist with course sequence plans and two-year completion pathways.
• Develop schedules and faculty assignments in collaboration with the Dean of Academics.
• Lead program accreditation efforts for CODA compliance.
• Manage the program budget and act as cost center manager.
• Guide adjunct faculty to ensure curriculum consistency and academic quality.
• Serve as an academic advisor to students in coordination with relevant offices.
• Lead program marketing and recruitment efforts with CNCC departments.
• Support ongoing assessment of student learning and continuous improvement.
