Job summary

The Dental Hygiene Department at Northern Wyoming Community College District is seeking a student assistant for the 2026-2027 academic year to help with radiograph organization, lab prep, and document filing. You will support full-time faculty and staff and help with mock board prep, ceremonies, and daily office tasks.

Flexible hours are available based on class schedule; effective communication and organization are essential as you help maintain a smoothly functioning department for student

Qualifications

Good conduct and academic standing with the college.
Sheridan College student currently enrolled in the Dental Hygiene Program.
Cumulative GPA 2.0 or greater.
Basic knowledge of head and neck anatomy, dental anatomy, dental materials and infection control.
Ability to use Canvas; proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Assist the Dental Hygiene program with organizing and interpreting radiographs.
Prepare lab demonstrations and supportive tasks for mock boards and ceremonies.
Type and file documents electronically and on paper; organize files.
Support faculty and staff by completing assigned tasks and duties.
