• Regularly assess student achievement and adjust teaching methods.
• Participate in curriculum development based on outcomes and trends.
• Submit attendance and grades accurately and timely.
• Attend department meetings and promote program goals.
• Engage in professional development and service activities.
• Demonstrate leadership and assist in administrative duties as needed.
