• Performs basic machining operations, including adapting fixtures and CNC programs.
• Sets up power equipment to obtain correct size/finish per print; understands Catia/Cut rite process.
• Conducts first article inspection on assigned work.
• Performs routing, secondary cutting operations and sanding.
• Follows templates, takt time sheets, method sheets, BOMs and production orders.
• Interprets test results, troubleshoots and refers out-of-scope issues to supervisor.
• Maintains quality and productivity standards and安全 compliance.
