Pure Dental Studio in Oklahoma City is seeking a friendly Dental Office Business Assistant to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet patients, manage calls and emails, schedule appointments, and handle insurance claims with accuracy.

You will support dentists and maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused environment, contributing to a positive experience for both patients and the dental team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of dental front office experience preferred.
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage phone and email communications and appointment scheduling.
• Process insurance claims and payments accurately.
