• Experience answering telephone.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephones and scheduling appointments.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/out processes.
• Maintain appointment book and confirm upcoming visits.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet; maintain waiting area.
