Job description

We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team!

We’re committed to providing modern, conservative care to all our patients, while making them feel like they’re right at home. Our team makes our patients feel confident in their smiles while creating lasting, meaningful relationships along the way.

Location:

Covington, WA 98042

Compensation:

$18-30/hour

Schedule:

Thursday 10-6, Friday 8-2, Saturday 8-2, Monday 12-8

Job responsibilities/duties:
  1. Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
  2. Scheduling patient appointments efficiently
  3. Verifying insurance coverage for patients
  4. Collecting and managing patient balances accurately
  5. Overseeing patient health information securely
  6. Validating treatment plans' accuracy based on insurance benefits
  7. Ensuring a seamless patient experience throughout their visit from check-in to check-out
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
  • Previous experience working at the front desk of a dental office is preferred
  • Familiarity with dental terminology is highly preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptability
