We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator with a passion for great customer service, to round out our fabulous team!

Candidates must:

* Feel comfortable and confident with computer skills

* Be detail oriented

* Be self-motivated and resourceful

* Have the ability to multitask

  • Compensation range of $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
  • $750.00 Sign on Bonus paid after 60 days of employment

Schedule: Flexbile Full Time Hours Available, No Weekends!

  • Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday: Off
  • Sunday: Off

Responsibilities

Our Dental Front Office Coordinatorshould (but not limited to):

  • Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of dental verbiage, coding, and procedures
  • Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits and dental claim processing
  • Manage patient documents and records
  • Process and complete claim forms
  • Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
  • Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
  • Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
  • Participates and contributes to a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a Front Office in dentistry or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of Dental operations
  • Knowledge in dental insurance benefits
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
