We have a fantastic opportunity for a dental office Front Desk Coordinator! This position's primary responsibility is to handle all front office functions for the practice. The Front Desk Coordinator must ensure that patients, parents, and/or guardians are the number one priority.

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to manage the front office operations at our dental practice. The role involves interacting with patients and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Education And Experience
  • Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
Specific Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations.
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with staff and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and perform duties in a timely manner.
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new programs as required.
