We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, friendly, and reliable Dental Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our busy and upbeat dental office! This unique hybrid role blends traditional front desk duties with creative marketing responsibilities, offering the perfect fit for someone who loves engaging with people and building a strong online and in-office presence.
What we’ll offer you:
Schedule: This position offers acore schedule with room for flexibility. We're open to both part-time and full-time candidates who are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our team.
Tuesdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesdays: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Fridays: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
You'll play a key role in both patient experience and practice growth through:
Front Desk & Patient Coordination
Warmly greet and check-in patients—be the first smile they see!
Manage phone calls, texts, and emails in a prompt, friendly manner
Schedule and confirm appointments with an eye for productivity
Collect payments, verify insurance, and handle A/R follow-ups
Maintain accurate patient records, scanning and distributing files
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure things run smoothly
Marketing & Patient Engagement
Create engaging content for our social media channels
Design and distribute monthly patient newsletters
Take and curate photos of the team, office events, and celebrations
Drive patient engagement through referral programs, raffles, and in-office promotions
Maintain our patient referral program to boost practice visibility and trust
Must-Haves:
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with front desk responsibilities such as scheduling, payments, and phone etiquette
Enthusiasm for delivering an excellent patient experience
Nice to Have (but not required):
Prior experience in a dental or healthcare front office
Experience managing social media accounts for a business
Comfort using tools like Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
