Dental - Front Office Coordinator (Healthcare)

Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces has a fantastic opportunity for a dental office Front Desk Coordinator! This position's primary responsibility is to handle all front office functions for the practice. The Front Desk Coordinator must ensure that patients, parents, and/or guardians are the number one priority.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.

Specific Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations.
  • Customer service oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with staff and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and perform duties in a timely manner.
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn and use new programs as required.
