Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with scheduling and patient check-ins.
• Comfortable discussing dental treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients.
• Motivated by commission-based income and high performance.
• Dental front office experience preferred, training possible for strong communicators.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out.
• Handle phone calls, scheduling, insurance verifications, and inquiries.
• Present treatment plans and assist with scheduling care.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to keep patient flow smooth.
• Drive new patient inquiries to scheduled appointments to boost earnings.
