Community Health Centers in Florida seeks a friendly front desk professional to greet patients, register them, and provide financial counseling and referrals. You will establish and maintain accurate patient dental records in the computer, and may handle some medical/dental front desk responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, 2 years of dental office experience with EMR or dental software, excellent customer service, and may be bilingual.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years dental office experience preferred, including EMR or other dental software.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and perform patient registration.
• Provide financial counseling and referrals as needed.
• Establish and maintain accurate patient dental records in the computer.
• Possibly perform some medical and dental front desk responsibilities.
