Job summary

Dental Associates of Florida - Lutz is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our clinical team in Lutz, FL. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient billing and treatment coordination.

You'll work in a team-based environment with modern dental technology, delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone and scheduling.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns according to policies.
• Answering telephones and scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining appointment book and confirming appointments.
• Follow up on no-shows/cancellations and post charges/payments.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet and keep waiting area clean.
