Specialty1 Partners is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center of the Ozarks in Springfield, MO. You will handle front office duties to provide an exceptional patient experience and support a busy specialty practice.

The role emphasizes welcoming patients, maintaining records, answering calls, and coordinating tasks to ensure a smooth patient journey. Must be ready to work 30–36 hours weekly in a clinical office setting.

Qualifications

• No experience required but preferred.
• Familiarity with office equipment (fax, printer, etc).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
