Responsibilities

The Dental Front Office Assistant will support clinic operations by managing the patient lobby professionally and efficiently, ensuring smooth interactions between doctors, staff, and patients. Responsibilities include answering and handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, check-in/out procedures, discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements, among other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess strong organizational and management skills, experience with Dentrix, handling dental office finances, and the ability to multitask. The role requires maintaining a positive, friendly attitude in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
