The Dental Front Office Assistant will support the clinic's operations by managing the patient lobby professionally, ensuring smooth interactions between doctors, staff, and patients. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, check-in/out procedures, discussing treatment and financial arrangements, among others.

Qualifications

Applicants must have strong organization and management skills, experience with Dentrix, handling dental office finances, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
