What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from providers and members to resolve dental insurance issues regarding eligibility, benefits, claims status, and payments
- Provide customer service for routine inquiries and assist with complex and sensitive cases as needed
- Research and analyze incoming calls using various company systems, policies, and procedures to effectively resolve customer issues
- Stay informed about company and industry changes, federal and state legislation, and internal processes
- Implement service recovery strategies to turn complaints into positive customer experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient verbal and written communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient typing skills and ability to work in multiple computer systems concurrently
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Ability to multitask while interacting with customers and documenting calls
- Must provide a high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 megabits per second

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience
- Experience in related fields, including dental insurance or services
- Demonstrated professional experience in training or teaching
