Qualifications

• Current DA registration from Washington State required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a dental office may be considered.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate patient scheduling to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Supervise dental assistants and receptionists, providing guidance and training.
• Utilize the sterilization room and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Manage dental insurance programs and correct encounter forms.
• Complete Quality Improvement activities and maintain production goals.

Skills

Coordination of patient scheduling

Knowledge of sterilization methods

Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Russian

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

DA registration from Washington State

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
