Qualifications

• 3 years directly related experience with management
• Experience in hospital/clinic operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversees the comprehensive operations of the Dental Clinic, ensuring smooth patient care, admin functions, and staff management
• Coordinates with senior dental leadership to oversee clinical procedures and staff competencies
• Manages personnel workflows, staffing plans, recruitment, hiring, and disciplinary actions
• Supports continuing professional education, in-service training, and orientation programs
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains documentation and records
• Manages equipment, supplies, and procurement, including instrument reprocessing workflows
• Collaborates with leadership to improve patient experience and financial performance
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education

High School, GED or Equivalent

Bachelor's Degree in directly related field
