Hybrid Technologies in Orlando, FL is seeking a Lead Ceramist to own high-end cosmetic/restorative cases. You will lead the ceramics team, layer porcelain for anterior cases, and ensure lifelike results while collaborating with our digital design group to harmonize CAD/CAM with hand-layered artistry.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of ceramist experience, expert porcelain layering, and proficiency with GC Initial porcelain systems, shade science, and a passion for artistry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on dental ceramist experience with a focus on anterior cosmetic cases.
• Proficient in porcelain layering techniques (cut-back and layer method).
• Experience with GC Initial porcelain systems and strong shade science knowledge.

Responsibilities

We combine cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology with master-level ceramic artistry to deliver exceptional results for dental practices across the country.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Ceramist to join our team and take ownership of our most demanding cosmetic and restorative cases. The ideal candidate is a true artist with expertise in porcelain layering techniques, particularly in the anterior zone, and a passion for creating natural, lifelike restorations that exceed expectations. As Lead Ceramist, you will be responsible for the layering and finishing of complex cosmetic cases from veneers and anterior crowns to full arch rehabilitations. You will work closely with our digital design team and ensure every case meets the highest aesthetic and functional standards.ResponsibilitiesPorcelain layering on anterior and cosmetic cases, delivering natural translucency, characterization, and shade matching.
