Job summary

Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a DDS/DMD-trained dentist for our Westworth Village, TX clinic. The role offers competitive compensation with a daily guarantee and tiered production, along with robust patient volume and clinical autonomy.

You will provide comprehensive dental care, diagnose and treat, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a modern, fully equipped office. A Texas license is required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills and patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform general dentistry procedures (restorative, extractions, preventative care).
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure top-tier care.
