• Minimum three years of field experience and at least one year of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lessons and course materials in accordance with curriculum and uses diverse teaching methods.
• Delivers instruction while aligning with syllabi and accreditation requirements.
• Maintains a positive inclusive classroom environment to support student engagement.
• Provides academic advising, tutoring, and office hours to assist students.
• Participates in student affairs activities to boost engagement and success.
• Regularly assesses student learning outcomes and contributes to program improvement.
• Stays current with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborates with colleagues across departments to support student success.
• Mentors new faculty members for proper integration.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and documentation requirements.
• Documents grades, attendance, and advising using designated systems.
• Maintains instructional materials and coordinates equipment maintenance.
