Job summary

ProSmile is seeking a Dental Assistant with X-ray capabilities to support our clinical teams across multiple practices. You will assist dentists chairside, manage patient records, schedule follow-ups, and help with basic lab tasks. A strong emphasis on safety, HIPAA compliance, and patient care is required.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, an active CPR certification, and an X-ray license. 1+ year of experience and flexibility for evenings/weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• X-ray License required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Certified Dental Assistant preferred.
• 1+ years work experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist chairside with patient care and instruments.
• Maintain inventory in operatories.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines.
• Handle scheduling, follow-up treatment, and records.
• Perform basic lab procedures (impressions, models) and prepare cases for external labs.
• Other duties as assigned.
