Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. in San Jose is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join Bright Now! Dental, delivering compassionate patient care and supporting providers throughout procedures. This role allows you to contribute to a collaborative team and grow within a nationwide network.

You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, educate patients on oral hygiene, and help improve smiles while maintaining high standards of infection control and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon, Thurs, Friday 8-5, Tues, Wednesday 9-6
