Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is hiring a dental assistant to support the clinical team, greet patients, and assist across the office. You’ll work with GPs and other clinicians, preparing rooms, educating patients on oral care, and helping improve smiles daily.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to infection control protocols, and commitment to excellent patient care in a busy dental practice environment.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Job description

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Tuesday 9-6, Wednesday-Friday 8-5

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day
