Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a friendly dental assistant to join our clinical team. You’ll greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, and support GPs and specialists to ensure efficient daily operations.

This role emphasizes patient education, infection control, and helping the office deliver smiles for everyone. Mon-Thu schedule, with competitive hourly pay and benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Job description

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon- Thursday 7:30 - 4:00

Responsibilities

• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day
