Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team in Hixson, TN. This role relies on clinical skills, upbeat energy, and a patient-first mindset to help deliver quality care.

You will assist the dentist during exams and procedures, take dental X-rays, sterilize rooms, educate patients, and maintain accurate records. We offer PTO, health benefits, and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Competenze

• RDA license is required to practice as a dental assistant.
• X-Ray Certification is required for dental radiography.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.

We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team Hixson, TN. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – required
• Dental Radiology (X-Ray) Certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Compensation

$18 - $20/hr
