Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments.
• Clean and disinfect operatories between patients.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Seat patients and help ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed.
• Set up instruments, materials, and procedure trays for dental treatments.
• Assist dentists and licensed dental assistants with clinical duties permitted under Minnesota regulations.
• Take and document patient information as directed.
• Maintain inventory and stock clinical supplies.
• Assist with dental lab tasks such as pouring models and organizing lab work.
• Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and office safety protocols.
