Role Responsibilities:

1. Prepare patients for examinations, including evaluations, X-rays, and medical history collection.
2. Build rapport with patients to ensure comfort and relaxation.
3. Assist dentists during procedures and handle sterilization and infection control following CDC, ADA, and OSHA standards.
4. Perform advanced duties such as sealant application and nitrous monitoring after completing required training.
5. Communicate effectively with patients and team members, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
6. Support team efforts, maintain a clean environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
