HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is seeking a Dental Hygienist/Dental Assistant Supervisor in Fall River, MA. The role supervises dental staff, ensures sterilization and infection control, and provides direct clinical time as a Dental Hygienist per dentist’s instructions.
Qualifications include RDH license, accreditation, 2–3 years supervision, and experience with Epic Wisdom or EMR. Schedule includes weekdays with some after-hours coverage and competitive benefits.

HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. “The Heart of Our Community” provides comprehensive services including adult/pediatric medical care, health education, health assessment and screenings, gynecology, cardiology, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and adult/pediatric dental care.
Under the general supervision of the Chief Dental Officer, the Dental Hygienist/Dental Assistant Supervisor provides direct supervision to all Dental Assisting and Dental Outreach Staff including development of schedules for the assistants; maintains sterilization and infection control protocols; and supports the dental department in a variety of administrative and clerical functions. This position also includes clinical time working as a Dental Hygienist, providing oral healthcare to our dental patients as per the dentist’s instructions. The healthcare consists of cleaning, scaling, polishing teeth, taking/processing X-rays, sealants, Fluoride treatment, and teaching oral hygiene.
Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; Wed OFF
Evenings and Saturday coverage if needed
$82,374.15 – $93,225.61 annually
*The pay range represents HealthFirst’s good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and budget considerations. Candidates with less direct experience may be placed at the lower end of the range, while those with more significant or specialized experience may be considered at the higher end.
