Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and develop Dental Assistant staff within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, CODA, OSHA, and quality improvement standards.
• Understanding of Native preference policies and healthcare screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Dental Assistant employees in the ambassador dental program.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure quality therapeutic dental services.
• Guide the group toward established goals and maintain compliance with health procedures.
