The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of dental assisting experience, knowledge of instruments, sterilization methods, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of dental assistant experience.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail; well-organized and reliable.
• Able to sit/stand for extended periods; operate standard office equipment.
• Able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs and maintain clinical positioning.
• Adhere to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Must be able to respond quickly in emergencies.
