Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Evansville, IN seeks a part-time Dental Assistant Instructor to train students in clinical and administrative skills. Morning classes (M–F 8:30–1) and evening options (M–TH 5:30–10) offer 9–22.5 hours weekly, with potential PRN teaching.

Qualifications

Dental Assistant Instructor duties include:

*SIGN ON BONUS - For new hires only who have not been previously offered or employed by Ross. A $1000.00 sign‑on bonus for candidates accepting the Primary Instructor schedule as offered may be available. Details provided at the interview.

Qualifications: Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA from AMT) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA from DANB) and formal training in a dental assisting program like Ross. If you do not have formal education, you can also qualify with 5+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification. *Additional requirements or exceptions may be applicable based on the state, program, and accreditation requirements
• Interest in teaching or prior experience
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow
