Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Tacoma is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team and help make every visit a positive, kid-friendly experience. You will support doctors and caregivers, greet children warmly, and contribute to a fun, stress-free environment that encourages lifelong oral health habits.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn; 1 year of experience preferred but we will train the right person, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred; we will train the right person
• Experience with Denticon software a plus
• Graduation from a dental assisting program is a plus
• Full-time role (32+ hours per week)

Requirements:

A Typical Day as a Pediatric Dental Assistant:

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Assisting caregivers and doctors in providing top-notch care.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each patient.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• 10:00 am - 6:00 pm shifts 2x/week
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm other days
