Dental Bliss in Franklin, TN is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant with 2+ years of experience to support dentists across general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures in a resort‑style practice.

You’ll prepare treatment rooms, take X‑rays, maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow infection control protocols, educate patients, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient patient flow. Tennessee RDA registration is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience preferred.
• Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration required.
• Passion for patient care and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during general, restorative, cosmetic, and other dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient appointments.
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
