Aligned Dental in Everett, WA seeks a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) fluent in English and Spanish to join our private family practice. The role emphasizes patient comfort, meticulous chairside assistance, and accurate record-keeping.

You'll prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, capture intraoral photos, and maintain OSHA compliance while supporting a collaborative team. CPR certification and RDA credential are required or strongly preferred.

• RDA credential and active CPR certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Must be a team player with strong patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments and materials for procedures
• Welcome, comfort, and assist patients during visits
• Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations
• Educate patients with clear instructions
• Clean and polish removable appliances
• Assist during procedures with setup, suction, and instrument delivery
• Document dental care services in patient records accurately
• Capture high-quality intraoral photographs
• Maintain OSHA compliance through proper instrument sterilization
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

What You'll Do

• Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for procedures
• Welcome, comfort, and assist patients throughout their visit
• Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations
• Educate patients by answering questions and providing clear instructions
• Clean and polish removable appliances
• Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures (set-ups, suction, passing instruments)
• Document dental care services accurately in patient records
• Capture high-quality intraoral photographs
• Maintain OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

Who You Are

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
