Qualifications

• RDA with active CPR certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Available Monday–Friday during practice hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Welcome, comfort, and assist patients throughout their visit.
• Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations.
• Educate patients by answering questions and providing clear instructions.
• Clean and polish removable appliances.
• Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures (set-ups, suction, passing instruments).
• Document dental care services accurately in patient records.
• Capture high-quality intraoral photographs.
• Maintain OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
