Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with state-mandated certification; an associate degree or certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and state-m mandated certification/licensure training.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist with starting treatment and educate patients.
• Promote patient experience with urgency and chair-side skills.
• Obtain dental history and record patient charting.
• Prepare tray setups and sterilize instruments per ADA guidelines.
• Escort patients and maintain operatory supplies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other regulations.
