Job summary

FDGEndo in Miami, FL, is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered practice. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist the dentist chairside, take and develop x-rays, and maintain strict infection control.

Qualifications

• License & Certification: Registered dental assistant or Certified dental assistant.
• English fluency required; Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Completion of a dental assisting program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for procedures by setting up instruments and materials.
• Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures.
• Take and develop x-rays, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Perform sterilization of dental instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using PDFendo software.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients of all ages.
