Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• The position requires HIPAA training and maintaining PHI safeguards.
• Availability to attend virtual/in-person training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients throughout their dental journey.
• Conduct a thorough review of the patient’s health history.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
• Provide superior chairside assistance to dentists.
• Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms according to safety protocols.
• Manage supply and inventory levels effectively.
• Implement Heartland Dental systems to maximize office workflow.
