Dental Dreams in Battle Creek, MI is hiring Dental Assistants to join our dedicated team. The role requires a passion for caring, excellent customer service, and the ability to assist with chair-side procedures and basic administrative tasks.

We welcome experienced DAs and students from dental programs, including those without prior dental experience who are eager to learn. We train and support radiology certification to help you grow with our expanding practice.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service required.
• Previous Healthcare Experience required.
• Previous Dental Experience (work or educational) preferred.
• Radiology License (preferred).
• Passion for caring and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side assistance to the Dentist during examinations and treatment.
• Take and process X-rays.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and the Sterilization Area.
• Set up and break down operatories.
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and team communication.
