Job summary

Madison Endodontic Associates, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a Dental Assistant in Madison, WI. You will work closely with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care in a busy endodontic setting.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, accurate records, and adherence to infection control. This is a full-time position with hours Mon-Thu 8am-4pm and a compensation range of $18-$25 per hour. Benefits are available according to status and hours worked.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
